Debut album "Fringale"
OUT Feb 11th - 2022

FRA///

ENG///
ROMANO BIANCHI is a lover of rhymes that has decided to spring into action. After having composed and played in bands such as “Magic & Naked” and “La Cabane de Baldwin”, then take on the role of lyricist for the singer Kacimi, Romano Bianchi has united the top of the barrel from the romande pop scene into an isolated cabin in the mountains in the attempt to record his first solo album.

The singer songwriter dares to write in French as to accompany the music; at times pondering and often psychedelic, filled with literary or musical references from the heroes of the ornate sixties pop. Through wooded sounds and melodies, the singer narrates his anguish and how his neurosis, with a caustic strand, unfortunately reveals his clear lucidity on his deplorable mental state.

A humorous base on which Romano Bianchi leans that reminds us of his well-known family catchphrase : “Raise the bar high enough so you can walk well beneath it”
