Sur "Gyrophare" KACIMI nous présente une collection intime de nouveaux morceaux pop. Un assemblage de vignettes poétiques où il est éternellement question d'amour. Enregistré sur bande dans les studios Back To Mono à Lyon avec Christian Hierro et une équipe de musiciens genevois, cet album tisse une toile sonore mélancolique et douce sur une texture de velours aux arrangements fins et minimalistes.

Après avoir multiplié les expériences en groupes ces quinze dernières années à travers de nombreux disques et concerts (Le Roi Angus, The Rebels of Tijuana...), KACIMI a sorti en 2015 son premier album solo "Cookies & Motoriders" salué par la critique (Rock & Folk, playlists RTS, Couleur3, Option Musique, FIP, France Inter, Ferarock, Campus...). Un album qui nous plongeait au cœur d'une pop sixties en français à la fois cinématique et yéyé."

Ayant signé ces dernières années différentes musiques pour des séries ou publicités, KACIMI a également fondé le label Le Pop Club Records avec lequel il a sorti une quarantaine de références et s'est spécialisé dernièrement dans la réédition de musiques de films français avec les rééditions vinyles de "Coup de Tête" ou encore "Les Tontons Flingueurs."

On "Gyrophare" KACIMI comes up with an intimate collection of brand-new pop songs. An assemblage of poetic vignettes where love is always the question. Recorded on tape at Back To Mono studios in Lyon with Christian Hierro and a crew of Genevan musicians, this record is a soft and melancholic sonic web woven on the velvet-like fabric of delicate and minimalist arrangements.

After multiplying group experiences for about fifteen years through numerous records and live performances (Le Roi Angus, The Rebels of Tijuana...) KACIMI released his first solo effort, "Cookies and Motoriders", in 2015. A dive into sixties French singing pop, altogether cinematic and yéyé, which gathered critical acclaim (Rock & Folk, playlists RTS, Couleur3, Option Musique, FIP, France Inter, Ferarock, Campus...).

The author of several tracks used in TV series and commercials KACIMI is also the founder of Le Pop Club Records, a music label which is now rich of more than forty references and recently specialized in French films soundtrack vinyl reissues like "Coup de tête" or "Les Tontons Flingueurs."
